ROTOCON to make North American debut at LOUPE Americas

The live demonstration will feature a non-stop unwind with a butt splicer feeding into ROTOCON's RFP C-Series flexographic press.

ROTOCON will make its North American debut at LOUPE Americas 2026, where it will exhibit alongside the newly established ROTOCON USA. Booth 719 features a fully integrated label production line demonstration.

The live demonstration will feature a non-stop unwind with a butt splicer feeding into ROTOCON’s RFP C-Series flexographic press, a 17″, 8-color press designed for efficient setup, precise registration, and high-quality label production, finishing on a two-spindle non-stop turret rewinder. A slitter-rewinder finishing system has also been displayed at the show.

The LOUPE Americas appearance also marks the launch of ROTOCON USA, which provides local sales, service, spare parts, and technical support for the North American market.

“Visitors will experience our technology firsthand and meet the team behind the local support structure that helps converters address production challenges and improve performance,” states Marco Aengenvoort, managing director, ROTOCON Europe.

The US-based show will follow a strong Labelexpo Europe 2025 debut in Barcelona, where ROTOCON sold more than 30 machines across four days of live demonstrations. The company showcased the Chrome 450 flexo press, EcoLine RSI 540 slitting, inspection and rewinding system and Chrome RDF 340 digital label converting and finishing system.

The event marks an important milestone for ROTOCON and its partnership with ROTOCON USA as the company expands its North American presence with local sales, service, spare parts, and technical support. ROTOCON helps converters improve productivity, quality, uptime, and long-term confidence in their equipment, the company states.

“We are excited to make our debut at LOUPE Americas and connect with label and packaging converters from across the region,” notes Aengenvoort. “Together with ROTOCON USA, we look forward to demonstrating how our printing, finishing, and automation solutions help customers improve productivity, quality, and uptime.

“By combining German engineering, assembly, and quality control with a global network of premium component suppliers, we deliver high-performance solutions backed by local sales and service support throughout the world,” he adds.
